Just had a friend flat tow one. Disconnect at the diffs 10 minutes, tie shafts out of way. 340 miles no problems. Was confirmed by an army Humvee mechanic this was the way to flat tow.
This was a past auction item, looks like a high speed blowout and impact ended this former county vehicles short career. Been there done that, not nearly as spectacular as this axle ripper though.

Smooth up to about 49mph(gps) Then vibrates , but nowhere near the ol' Michelin Death Wobble. Smooths out again about 51.7mph+.
Probably going to completely remove the CTIS and shields next.
