G744 is correct about the fuel filters; when is the last time you’ve changed them?
Your videos still indicate to me that the engine isn’t getting fueled, and the little bit of white smoke is probably from the residual fuel residing in the fuel...
If none of that works, then it’s worth checking the blower drive shaft (quill shaft), accessible by removing cover plate on gear drive at back of engine. There’s a circular retaining ring (internal snap ring) that can be removed with needle-nose pliers in order to pull out drive shaft, just be...
That little amount of smoke I saw is very light for that engine…it should be billowing a pretty thick cloud of unburned fuel. Check for the blower intake flapper; if you’re only seeing pipe plugs in the blower intake neck and no linkages sticking out, then there’s no shutoff flapper (none of...
Best wishes for your successful recovery! Don’t neglect your physical therapy either, the warnings given by other members here are first-hand experiences that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
While you’re recovering, start looking into mechanical means for lifting/moving heavy parts, such as...
If you’re just running your truck occasionally and not for your livelihood, and your engine is in good shape, a little added WMO probably won’t hurt it in your time of owning it….like 5-10% to your tank of diesel, it will help with lubricating the fuel system.
However, even these small amounts...
Saw that on ARFcom yesterday…it was mentioned that memberships are available for some commercial charging stations that would offer discounts and whatnot to lower the cost when on the road.
It was also mentioned that a company was contracted to build up to 85K EV charging stations across the US...

Two M561 Gama Goats are currently listed on Public Surplus. Both were used by Iron County (Utah) Sheriff’s Department Search & Rescue unit, comprised of volunteers. Both have sat outside without being used for several years. Several of the...
Congrats! Looks like a nice truck!
If you’re going to re-use WMO, I recommend a centrifuge & polishing/dewatering anything you plan on putting in your fuel tank. There are some great threads in the Alternative Fuels subforum.
For the high-humidity & salt air environment you live in, I...
I tried that method several years ago using modified LMTV wheels. When dismounting tires to change them, I didn’t notice any volume loss BUT everything made of steel (even though painted/powder coated) was heavily rusted. Don’t know if I’ll ever do that again, it was a mess.
But of course YMMV.
