Just a quick update from the rally site. Rain has stopped, and the sun has come out. We have a gentle breeze out of the WNW at 7 knots, air temp is a balmy 70º. Adam went to the lodge to take care of business, and Ron is out waking up the neighborhood in the M819. Ole Bob went into Greensboro...

That's right. Gotta wear two watches when I drive it.........

Okay. M814 loaded, hooch loaded, fuel tank full, all fluids checked. Guys, I am rolling west towards Durhamtown............. SEE YA!!!!!!!!!!

I have loaded the M37 in the bed of the M814, and loaded just about the entire contents of my garage also. Still have room in bed for more stuff. Will load food, tools and clothes in the hooch tomorrow. Getting close.

As always, I will be in the corner at B12. Look for the traveling roadshow sometime Friday the 13th. Come on by and say hello!

Just checked the Space weather website, and we will have multiple chances for viewing the ISS from the rally field starting on the 17th. Clinto does a good job putting on a top notch rally, and getting the ISS to fly overhead..........

Starting to load the Long Easy. It's amazing what a 20' bed on a 5 ton will hold. Look to be at Durham Town by noon Saturday.

Just run some chains out to the knuckles, and wrap them around a stick. it should work...............
