We only had a couple inches of clearance on the posts. We had to drive over the lift arms and support them with 2x4's. It was tight but it worked. Lifted from frame rails.

This is an option that some M151 guys use. The design would have to be modified for Humvee use. While this isn't "city" proof, it's a nice option when going into a store or restaurant when in use with the steering wheel cable lock. Guess it depends on your needs for security as to what is...
I'll add that if you've never driven a Humvee I'll recommend that you drive it for a while and make sure you actually like it for your intended use. This is after you throughly go over the truck doing basic pm work and looking things over.
I'm curious. You stated that the fuel filter was changed in August of this year. Do you have dirt inside of your fuel tank or do you think all of the blockage came from the fuel lines? If so, that's some pretty nasty fuel lines.
If these parts have been de-mill'd you might want to verify that reproduction of parts isn't an ITAR violation. We are ITAR certified and I know we are not allowed to make gun mounts, etc.
