    I need to do the front side, front axle pinion seal. I can find the seal (#10) and the gasket (#34), but not the other round gasket (#9). Does this need replaced too, or can it be reused? Anyone find this part?

    So I just ordered some 3mm x 12mm and 3mm x 13mm O-rings from Mcmaster-Carr. Of course you have to order 10 each minimum. What the heck, I'll just throw another $20 at it. By the time I figure it out (if I do) I could have just bought a new actuator for $245.:roll:

    I think you wouldn't be charging the batteries at all, just powering the truck from the alternator. Not sure what effect that would have on the alternator over time.

    That makes total sense looking at the schematic. The power from the alternator (line 5) would be sending power to everything even if the C-D jumper is disconnected. The fuel solenoid is powered through the Run-Start switch, so switching it off would kill the engine regardless if the jumper is...

    M923A1 coolant system overpressurizing when COLD and not running ?

    That looks like a good idea. Mine failed and was venting all the secondary air out through it (luckily not into coolant system). I turned the secondary valve off at the tank, but that would be much better.
