Might work ok, but kind of pricey. Only problem I see is that the converter seems to be very sensitive to how many lights are on the trailer.If I can find LED's that work with either 12 or 24 volt it would seem to be a much simpler solution.

That might be an option if I can locate the supplier.

I'm sure any good 15/40 diesel oil is OK for the engine but does the trans oil have any special requirements that not all 15-40 engine oils will meet? (I usually stock Case-IH engine oil for my other equipment)
