don't the 8.3 already have a coolant cooled intercooler?....a/c compressor and pump chilled water threw it....
I do like where you put your gauges DWC....
Adjusted my cable as per the TM......1/16" play at the pump.......Shifts like it is suppose to!!!.......No more trying to throw you threw the windshield when down shifting in auto......

Just changed the fuel/water separater filter(Thanks to Valence!!!) and went for a cruse down the road........Had the head lights on and when i looked at the oil pressure gauge and it was reading -5 about....It was under 0!!!!........I stopped and shut the truck down and turned the lights...
Haven't bought the pump yet.....Lost it didn't get the 12 footer went to high.....
the 800 series bed is just 10ft so i'm going with the commercial one for now.......I have done bed reframes before not to hard.....Going to do more at the end of the week..
You don't need to remove the shields.....As i said in my other post you can get to the front ones from the inside of the tire.......You just need a long air chuck......I have a M931A2 too and just went and looked at the fronts.....
Only found one military style and it was for a 800 series.....wouldn't clear the cab........the 10ft and the 12ft are both commercial style......the 12ft is just the box only and going to use the sub frame and cylinder from the 10ft and extend the front of the sub frame...
got the 10ft one from...
Start converting the Tractor to a dump truck......Took the ramps and 5th wheel off.......I have a 10ft bed now and i'm bidding on a 12ft bed tomorrow.....
If i use the 10ft bed the spare tire rack and tool box will stay....if i win the 12ft it will have to go.....
My CTIS must be screwed up as mine will air them up dead flat before i got all the leaks fixed....... Try airing it up from the back side of the tire that goes straight to the tire and not through the CTIS reg...
Rears are easy to get to the fronts are a little tougher......
I had a 1985 IH S series 1954 with a 5 speed Allison with Dex3 in it and it down shifted hard when empty........with 10 ton on its back you could hardly tell shifted up or down...
The trans are setup to shift with a load not empty......
My M931A2 down and up shifts hard with no bed or 5th...
Removed the 5th wheel,ramps and the top of the tire crane.......Got one tire changed......They are fun to wrestle around:-D...
Had to take the tire to the tire shop after we got it together to get the bead seated...
