So when s1 is in the start position it also sends current to excite the generator? Thx

I will check it tonight I have three mep 002s I know one has a fried s1 switch so I bypassed it. Does delks sell s1 switches. Thx so much for your help!

Thanks a million guys. My new pump is on the way to me. I bought it from delks he didn’t advise me that instructions would be in the box, but he did send me a repair manual for a mep 003 on dvd if anyone one wants a copy. Thx again for the links

I have an iPhone 6 and evidently don’t have the correct app to open the TM attachment for the mep 002 TM. Thanks for any info and how to open the attachment.

Hi I have three mep 002s and two are down for fuel pump problems the third is running but not making electricity properly. These three gen sets aren’t self exciting the stator as they did originally so I wired a push button switch to the stator to momentarily exciting them then they worked fine...
