Ya the eucs are much faster per the new contract... They want stuff in and out quicker so the euc are being processed much faster these days. quoted from GL site rep.

you guys and your 818 traction problems... hehe you gotta remember the vehicle is meant to have 36000+ lbs on the rear axles alone... just running around 'bob-tail' is dangerous in a civilian truck with radial street tires, let alone a oversized tractor trailer military version that was really...

Usually you can tell by the exhausts. That first truck does look like it's not a turbo going by the looks of the exhaust in the picture, or maybe it's just the picture. Or they added a turbo and didn't change out the exhaust, which would be pointless because would be restricting exhaust a lot...

Yup I paid 200 each for mine, however they were brand new... ;-) And i've got one other set left after selling a few and now wish I didn't and will more than likely sit on this last set but we'll see. Will post or let you know if decide to sell them.

All 5tons I've driven do this as well as all the ones my buddy has had. Have gone through the complete systems and can't find a solution. So what we do is crack the service line valve on the back of the truck (by tail lights, when pulling a trailer) this allows just enough air to escape...

They dont need speed... just power and torque.... that cat motor works excellent for the gearing that that truck has in it
