    Near El paso?

Wait, I'm game if you'll ferry me one of the 8 million Deuces GL has listed out there. Seriously, I'd like to help but I'm short on space now. Ed, if you're going down there and need some help, just let me know.

    Anyone using these?

Hmmmm....cheaper and beefier. Looks like the ODIRON wheels are the way to go for singling.

    Anyone using these?

I'm not looking to single out my 109, but I was interested in singling an M35 if we pick one up for my wife. I came across these in my search for rims: http://www.rockcrawler-mrt.com/off%20road%20wheel%2020%20and%2022%20inch.html I don't need the beadlocks because I'm not rockcrawling. I am...

    Thanks for the good lead.

    Receiver hitch for a deuce

Thanks for the good advice Russ! I went the same way as bottleworks and bolted a couple class IV Curt 14082s up, one on the rear and one on the front to launch a jet ski or boat. They're good up to 10K w/o weight distro. Backing the 109 with a jet ski trailer on the rear didn't sound inviting...

    Air Valve in Crew Compartment

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement valve for the air hookup in the crew compartment? The valve leaks and it's a huge PITA to open because of years of non use and multiple coats of paint. I put a quick connector on it, but I'd like to clean it up.

How much is your Deuce's Insurance

$440 a year on a commercial policy with Farmers in New Mexico. I opted for the comp coverage too with a $25 deductible. I've had too much broken into or stolen in the last year.

Legal issues with transporting "troops" in a Deuce

RE: Legal issues with transporting "troops" in a D I have to start of by saying that this wasn't in Kansas, but I was in Colorado last fall and we took a commercial tour of some of the derelict mines. We rode in the back of a Pinzgauer without seatbelts and it wasn't an issue.

    New Guy from New Mexico

The neighbors haven't called the FBI yet....maybe if I park a big genset next to it, they'll start to worry. I've been out going over the truck and put a Curt class IV hitch on the rear. A few people have stopped and asked if it's a real MV. They usually see me in uniform so they probably...

    New Guy from New Mexico

It is one of the 109s FMJ (Ed) listed. I think my wife is getting the fever. She graduated from Jeep SUVs to a 3/4 ton Chevy but I guess after driving the 109, the Chevy lacks a little something. Maybe it's the 7.8L multifuel rumble. She's been joking that she wants one with a pink camo scheme.

    New Guy from New Mexico

I just picked up my first MV. Much thanks to FMJ on here. I've been browsing the board for tips and I'm really impressed with the amount of collective knowledge on here. Good to know that if I can't figure it out, it's a sure thing that someone here already has.
