see thats what I thought. The front pinion will not spin freely with both tires on the ground but the rear will. I took the rear diff cover off and didnt find anything looking out of the ordinary. I would have expected to see busted gear teeth or something.

just tried to spin the front yoke and it wont move. wont budge a bit. but the rear one I can freely spin. so Im thinking that the only reason why I was able to get home in HL is because I was front wheel drive due to the front and rear interlocked.

both front and rear shafts were taken off and are in good condition. am i supposed to be able to spin the pinion yoke while all of the trucks wheels are on the ground and parking brake is up?

the temp sensor has two plugs that connect to the harness. there might be a disconect there. Im talking about the tempsensor on the coolant hard line. its got two wires coming out of it.

I would do the rubber hoses and the thermostat. this is a good time to replace the thermostat with a 180 degree to run a little bit cooler depending on what your weather is like. here in california it helps to run a 180 as opposed to a 190 or higher which is stock i believe.

Which armada springs can you put on the front of the m1123? Is it still the 4x4 armada rear springs that can go on the front of the m1123?

I keep reading about the armada rear spring swapped into the rear of the m1123 but can you also put it in the front? if so what modifications need to be made?

Im looking at doing the nissan armada spring lift in the front of my m1123 with two man soft top and two soft doors. anyone have a lift to the 4x4 armada springs they used?
