i've looked at every GL auction that i can find in TX for these and none of them have the go pedal shown depressed that far. i'm concerned that 1. it's out of adjustment and it will never get near highway speeds. 2. it's been sticking and the engine is gonna be screwed/won't be safe to...

i found a local guy selling one around here that was never registered for street use..........how big a pain in the butt would the process be to get it registered in my name?
