Checked my fuse. It's good. Volt meter works. I'm going to replace the belts, and charge up the dead battery. If that doesn't work I will take off the bad alt and have it tested.

Bumping this thread because today at the barbershop my truck died. It was the battery(es). I called a friend whose an electrician and he came over and read that one alt. was pulling 20 volts and one was pulling 12. One of them is recharing the the other battery, but one of them is not. I've...

Sorry to bump and old post, but as we were fixing my dash lights this past weekend, we noticed the police department that owned her before me paint the bumpers and didn't tape off the blackouts either. I'll be taking them off and trying to salvage them.

I've been looking into this since I got mine a few weeks back. I noticed that the police department that had it before me had speakers (they are now garbage) and they had a radio installed in the factory position, but they removed the stereo and I can't figure out how they had it in there...

My Remington 1100 won't fit. My old truck had a gun rack in the back window (I live in TN, and I am a redneck) so when my trusty shotgun wouldn't fit, I was a little hurt. I talk to my dad and he's got a couple guns that may fit. I'll let you know after I visit him for Christmas. Post some...

Yeah, it's currently blue and used to have "Police" on the doors and tailgate. The local PD has a 90s Bronco that is white with black lettered "Police" on the doors and tailgate. I imagine a 4X4 would come in handy in the south. As for painting it, I doubt it'll be something expensive. A...
