M939 series. And you are correct that the 12V is tapped off of the batteries. It is wire # 569.

Yeah there is a 12 volt tap for the heater. Someone posted that in another thread and I verified it with that really cool P2P program for the 900 series trucks.

If so then the OP needs to change his original post because the OP has the battery switch being turned off before you shut down the engine. That is why I posted the engine shutdown procedure from the TM. I just want to figure out which is correct, if there isn't an error with the OP's original...

Wow. That is totally different from the TM. Here is the section on stopping the engine. I wonder which way is correct.

I agree with wreckerman about posting it in the Supply Line. Hopefully if I have the M1009 running by then I'll make the voyage. I need to check my work schedule and see if I have those days off too.... I may need to burn some vacation time :)

I don't really know. I'm thinking that he is keeping it. I told him not to stress about getting it moved because it is secure and safe where it is. I haven't heard from him in a about a week or so.
