M813 from Pine Bluff AR to OKC

I agree with that unless it is your first time and then it can be a wee bit nerve racking :)

    Fresh Line-X in the M1009

I like it!!! It looks great! I did the DIY bedliner. It came out OK, of course, not as good as a professional job but works for me. I like that yours is color matched [thumbzup]

M1008 Troop seats mounted to M1101

That is a good option. I've also heard of some people wanting to do that with deuce troop seats. I ran across these troop seats and really couldn't pass on them for the price. Plus I was curious to see if anyone had made troop seats for an M1101 since the cover and bow kit really doesn't have...

    expensive lights

I agree that they are way too pricey.... They are nice but that is about it. The standard ones work fine for me so until the LEDs come way down, they won't be on my trucks. I hardly drive them at night so who cares. If I wanted it to be daylight out, I can wait for the sun to come up or just...

M813 from Pine Bluff AR to OKC

I'll be meeting up with Warthog @ 6:30am to give him some help. I'm bringing one of my assistants with me so he can operate some tools :) I'll either take a look at it then or after we are done. It will depend on what Sherman says. I'll PM you the sitrep.

I look forward to seeing how yours turns out.

M1008 Troop seats mounted to M1101

I think I found a great set of M1008 troop seats for an awesome price. I've attached a picture of the seats. I'm contemplating getting them and mounting them on my M1101 that I got. My wife says that the M1101 would make a great parade trailer to haul folks in and I agree. I'm thinking of...

M813 from Pine Bluff AR to OKC

No problem. Just let me know what you decide. Like I said I can pick it up for you and hold it at the house and we can check it over.

M813 from Pine Bluff AR to OKC

Since Sherman is going to be out there this Friday with Warthog and that 813 is in a locked fenced area, I can see about doing some recon on it for you. If need be I could even recover it for you and stash it at my house if you are in a bind and need it moved.

M813 from Pine Bluff AR to OKC

Well I'll bring some tools with me then and give you a hand :) I assume you guys are meeting at the Plainview Gate (Main Gate). Be careful if you are coming down I-530. Starting at Exit 15 going South until just passed Exit 24 there is construction and they have turned it into one lane with...

M813 from Pine Bluff AR to OKC

What time are you going to be out there? Do you need any help? Also if you have time would you like to meet up for lunch or something? I'm off Friday so I have the whole day :)

M813 from Pine Bluff AR to OKC

I work on the Arsenal. If it is the 813 there, I know exactly where it is and can assist with whatever. I'm pretty sure that it runs. I believe it used to be the one they had on the ready for a chemical agent snafu there. It had some decon equipment mounted in the back. I'm there Monday...

    New Owner M923A1 w/pics

The 923 is a great MV. I love mine! It looks like you got a good one there. If you are getting too much bounce, you may want to let some air out. Folks run them anywhere from 55 psi to 70 psi. by the way I loved #4, 5, & 10 on your list and are true :)

MV request at Car Show in Cabot, AR on 8/25/12

Last year I met an individual at a car show in Benton. He showed a big interest in MVs and asked if I wouldn't mind participating in one that he puts on in Cabot. Of course I said sure. Well the time has come and he has requested a few good MVs :) I have attached the flyer with the details.

    Dropsides ARE useful!

Well I'm sure there is some differences in pricing between our areas. I haven't priced fill dirt around here. I got my SB2 straight from the quarry so I know that makes a difference as well. It is great having those dropsides. 8-)

    Dropsides ARE useful!

It depends. I did it on my own with and without the troop seats on there. It was tough though with the troop seats.

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

I finally got the cargo cover on after I installed the new spare tire holder. Here are some pictures. I even went the extra mile and bought rubber rope for it but when I unfolded it, it was already there so now I have extra :)
