You might "feel" safe and you might get away with it, but that don't make it "safe". I move my M105 around my property with my quad and it handles it ok, but I wouldn't put a load on it and take it on the street. And I feel totally SAFE moving it in and out of it's parking spot like that...

To qualify, they need to be pics from people who posted that it was a bad idea to do it, even though they have done it themselves. Otherwise, it's just some fool pulling a M105 with a small ride. :grin:

Yeah, I saw the trailer, I saw the 4 x 4, I saw the tape, the bubble gum and a little bit of twine. The only thing the guy managed to do right was keep the trailer and it's load together. I agree that his redneck ways caused the mishap, but at least the straps, 4 x 4 and bungees held on...

I saw the trailer on top of the truck. The fact they stayed together tells me the straps did their job. The truck was well secured to the trailer. It could have been worse if the truck went flying off in one direction and the trailer in another.

I look at the pic and think - Someone did a great job securing that truck to the trailer!

Just wondering, how does one get the M105 trailer to the "OFF ROAD ONLY" spot? I'm guessing he would need to put it all on another trailer or store it at the "OFF ROAD ONLY" location 7/24? I'm also wondering what will be put in such a heavy duty trailer and towed on technical routes? There...

I would love to see pics of the jeep. I've towed my M105 with my 2500HD GMC and it does ok, but I have only had trash loads for the dump in it, not any serious weight. I like it a lot better behind my deuce.

My local Army/Navy store has a used hood and tailgate for 59.99 each. I took a couple grainy pics on my cell phone - PM if you want any more info - I have no idea if that is a fair price or not.
