    M101A2 - Towing Lunette Size / Thickness

EDITED - I found an answer on a Previous Thread on Steel Soldiers. Said that Lunette is 1.62" Which I hope is right! Thanks! CLOSED Hey All, I'm the lucky new owner of a M101A2 Trailer from auction. I'm heading up to pick it up, and I have a Quickie Question about the size of the towing...

how hard do you drive it

I've gone up 65 (GPS true speed) on my CUCV II (1993 GMC K2500 5/4 4x4 6.2 "J" diesel) but it is VERY BUSY at that speed. I'm thinking of changing out the 4.56 front and rear gears and going down to a 3.56 or similar to try to find a 65-70 comfortable cruising speed. Maybe run bigger tires...

    Advantage of electric engine fan

What temperature would you recommend for the Radiator Thermostat? My 1993 CUCV II 6.2 Diesel never seems to really get warm? I'm very temped to get this going as any & every extra horsepower freed up would seem good for the 6.2.

    Advantage of electric engine fan
