Well guys due to circumstances beyond my control I had to cancel the trip, I was so looking forward to it. Blazer should be on its way by transport on Monday.
Well its been a long year since I have been back in country. My 1009 is finally finished with a motor replacement, good mechanic turned meth head. Any way its done by another mechanic new motor, trans overhauled while out, all bearings , new belts, oil pressure temp gauge, new belts hoses, all...
I had my rear shaft break once and had to drive over a hundred miles with out it. I used a coors light can and duct tape. I saw that in off road magazine years ago. coors light because its a little thinner then most beer cans. If Americans were not such pigs, throwing trash out car...
Well after almost 4 years my 1009 is running again. The motor was replaced.. I blew the one that was in it while driving across country to give the blazer to my brother. He died in the line of duty, fire fighter, he was at ground 0 for six weeks it finally killed him. When I learned of his...
I like the lights!! What model number are they? Where did you order them from and how much were they? I was looking for something like these 2 days ago.
Keep up the good work with your projects, I love reading about them everyday.

Hey everyone,
Im currently overseas and trying to get some parts to throw on my 1009, when I get back to the country mid July. The truck had been sitting for about 2 years, I blew the motor before leaving. New motor has been put in. So I want to do new shocks and some other things before I...

I had one of the trans lines rub through. I tried to find a new set to put on but had to get a hydraulic line made. I was short of time as the line went when I was getting ready for a Vegas to New Jersey run. Its been no issues at all.
I have traveled cross country with my 09 many times. Never had any major problems but the things that did go wrong I had the spare parts for. The oddest thing was an oil cooler line, big mess, I had just changed them less than 30 days before. Kept the old ones for spares changed it at a rest...
Time for another post. Im finally getting back to the states for a while. The motor I got from Boyce looks really good, the odometer said 39k but it looks like a rebuild or new motor. I couldnt find a tag on it. Belts look new no scratches in the paint, we will never know. Well the truck...
