I was a 2wd gear box .

I had no parts washer or arbor press that would of help push that end cap with new o-ring. I had a heck of a time . I also altered my gear box for hydro assist steering

ICEMAN3003 on a ball screw there are different size balls they are different in color. Should say a lighter shade of gray and darker gray balls , if you ever take it apart you should fix it . there is only about .0003 to . 0004 tenths difference between them. Not to bad of a job except...

Im not keeping tract of time but I would say 50 hrs . I really like working on them, I know Iam putting way to much time it , but it only time . I would not do this if I was just trying to make some money , just some satifaction . This will be the last truck I refurbish because of health . WELL...

I use Sherwin Williams KEM® 400 Enamel on the frame . And Sherwin Williams CARC on the body . PPG shopline epoxy primer where needed .

I covered the seats. with LMC covers, the foam is in good shape . Very easy to do.
