Here are the some more pictures . Pressure wash unside , Painted frame,new drive shaft ,New seat covers . Cleaning dash parts and dash circut when its cold outside . Thats all the pictures I have now . Soon I will be painting interior parts.
Here are some pictures of my m1028 in progress. Should be ready to sell in April. It has been hard to work on with temp. so cold but that will change soon. Here is what I started with.
Anyone need a seat cover ,the back is good no tears in it ,the bottom cover has two areas . One in the center and other driver seat area. Not that bad , I have hog ring pliers and rings. pay for shipping only , just hate to throw away.

I think one of my M1028 is doing the same thing I can see it in the daytime though, It smells like raw fuel, it burns your eyes , at first I thought it was burning oil.
Good luck, I need to pull a set of head off another motor and check for cracks . No rush though . I have a couple of months before I need the motor . Aim looking into a 5.9 cummins now . Further down the road.....
I am in the middle of putting on in . Just started putting motor back together and found out that both heads are cracked . What is so hard about the install of turbo?
Just wondering is this correct . Today I was cleaning the intake plentium and notice the part that mount to the the plentium is sloted around the out side contour, I would have thought it would be opened more .
