I don't think it helps anyone if we start including legal precedence in other states.
I've followed this thread from day one and it has had a lot of troubling times. This thread can almost stand alone as a sticky as a warning of vehicle recoverys. Until the accident it was a perfect example...
As a remodeling contractor and finish carpenter, that's exactly my goal if I ever get my hands on one.
Wonder why they don't have any newer van trailer's, every MIL style van trailer I've seen is super old.
Enjoying the read, keep up the good work.
I think you missed this ride;

For what it's worth I use the rings 319 posted quite frequently. My cargo trailer has three rows of 2x4 screwed to the floor I bolt the ring to. Temporary solution to a permanent problem, but as I don't ruin the floor I can unbolt and move them at will and destroy a $2.99 2x4.
L track for the...
Just so everyone is clear my recommendations where two of the fastest growing I could think of but neither are a practical solution. Much of the south is infested with Kudzu, and Bamboo being a grass tends to spread rather quickly. Not an issue in our temperate climate.
There are far better...
Such a shame, rig like that should be preserved and make the rally circuit.
That's a correct statement, although if memory serves he made it seam the chore to fold the gear all the way back. The flap removal is almost SOP by comparison.
Thanks Matt, does that truck just sit out on display or does the Sheriff ride it around? LOL
Doesn't look like it in the the picture but a M1070 will tow a M747 trailer with the landing gear kicked back. First question I asked Soni when he go his.
I run 4 in my M915a1, but the M925 has two cheapo walmart batteries for a small car. I believe they are 600 CCA, and it purrs to life with just the flick of the lever. The M915 only needs a second on the button but its a noticeable difference.
Some of them just start better. Motor...
I have bought from liquidation, but it's a gamble...huge gamble.
Private party transactions are more expensive on the front end but not always in the back end. I think I posted it somewhere on my thread but the cost to recover my $3800 M915a1 auction buy cost me over what I could have bought...
I believe that's why he retained the comment 40-50 miles, so that locally the stores were serviced by day jobs. Using rail for long haul transport.
The state of Wisconsin owns the rail the Wisconsin Southern runs on and subsidizes the maintenance, in doing so they take a huge portion of truck...
Jeff, I found them in a few places.
AFT fasteners has them at $1.71 for 250+
Pioneer Heavy Duty Parts has them, but they never returned my email
Finally R and P Carriages has them on eBay at $1 with flat rate shipping.
We used them on the 7Q trailer in the USAF, basically a M270. Anyways...
Thanks, as a contractor I've tried to build around the principle of "build it right", not to steal Mike Holmes's motto. I carry that into pretty much everything I do, just see my re-build thread.
In fact Thursday I was meeting with a client and they spoke those 3 little words, "do what's...
Well I got released early today noonish, and decided to rip the deck off the trailer.
Between my two impacts, angle grinder, sawzall, various pry bars w/hammer's and most importantly by duck billed deck wrecker. I had it off in 6 hours and the fasteners ground flush. Tomorrow I'll cut off the...
