I'm looking at registering my new M813 in my name and it currently has collector plates for my state (WA) which never expire. I'm expecting to have to pay the one time collector plate fee under my name and probably not physically change the license plate, but that leaves me wondering about...
Well, I'm trying to by my first MV (M813A1 w/w) and the shipping quote is scary. It would be $600 cheaper if the truck were shorter so it could fit on a standard flatbed. I want to see what is involved to hit the 85 1/2" reducible height as noted on the data tag.

In one of the CDL threads I read that Washington state may automatically require you to have a CDL if your title says "tractor" on it. Do any M818 owners actually have that verbiage on their Washington state title?
