i am a low elevation of about 1200 ft and i can start 1009 at -5 during the winter with bad ip. just end up trying about 2 times. but always fires at no more than 3 trys.
im away at school in buffalo, going to change the balancer in my school parking lot. i think i get how todo the balacer put the seal behind it that people say to change. thats the timing cover seal correct? and if so how do you remove that.
but there is no valve on this. ive seen the picutures of the nipple screwed into the valve. mine is just nipple no valve. could that be causeing any of the power loss im experiancing
ok so i found the injection pump return valve or where its suppose to be. there isnt one. there is just the nipple for the hose to go on . no valve. the nipple screws right into the pump. is that bad???

i know the exact problem. i just fixed it on mine yesterday... take off your fuel filter. there is a circle thing behind it. its like a presure switch or something. there are two wires coming off it. work it out with a screw driver. replace that o ring you see on it after removing it. fixes your...
