Hi All:
Wonder if anyone here can identify the yellow circle/colon symbol on the passenger door of my 1968 M35A2?
It appeared after I used paint stripper to remove the top layer of MERDEC(?) paint.
Thanks!
Hi All:
Any interest in a mini-rally in Banning south of the I-10 the day after Thanksgiving (Nov. 23rd)?
There's about a mile of dirt to the un-organized range, somewhat narrow (for a Deuce) road for the last 200 yards.
I prefer after noon, as there are usually fewer people and I can get a...
Hi All:
Checked the TM and just want to be certain, when setting the valve clearance for Intake and Exhaust on the Continentals, it's done with the engine cold as per the TM and not hot as per most engines?
Thanks

Hi All:
I tried a few searches to no avail.
Anyone please post a link to a list or post an entire list of assemblies necessary to install a PRC-77 in an M35A2. Looking from antenna to base to cables to truck mount to adapter (if necessary) to everything else. I believe I will need a headset...
Hi All:
Need to know the best way to deal with old, loose connections and cracked rubber boots on the engine wiring harness short of replacing the whole thing with NOS.
If NOS harness complete is the only option, then please post a source.
I'm an industrial electrician, so I know how to make...
I am looking at the fuel chart on Page 2-24 in TM 9-2320-209-10-1 and I was wondering if anyone has posted a translation chart or link thereto so I know what grade of diesel relates to what grade of military fuel?

Hi All:
I'd like to hear from you, opinions on purchasing my first M35 from private party with current state registration vs. purchasing thru GovLiq or others.
I have completed a frame-up restoration of a Dodge 1/2 ton WWII military truck already, have a certificate in diesel tech from UTI...
Hi All:
I have found when driving my WWII Dodge that a yellow rotating caution beacon (like the ones used on construction trucks) mounted to the back of the truck makes a HUGE difference in not being tail-gated (even the semis stopped doing it).
Are these available in 24 volt?
Or better yet...
Hi All:
Getting ready to get my first M35 with a 3 hour drive, so I was hoping some of you could please list basic items such as fuel filters and belt(s) I should take with me. I will need the part numbers and whether I can use NAPA or such.
THANKS very much!!

Hi All:
I am looking at my first M35 and both trucks I am considering will need batteries.
I am an electrician and with extensive mechanical background, but the M35 is new to me.
Can yellow-top or red-top Optima batteries do the work on the LDT multi-fuel engine, or do I need actual full-size...
Hi All:
I've restored a 1/2 ton Dodge WWII truck, and it's time for something different. I have a guy who will sell me a complete and ready-to-run LDT without winch with soft top for $3200, and a different guy offering one with winch and hard top with gasser engine but needs brakes work (and...
