Great trailers . My A1 is the best money I spent in a long time ...Looking for a good A2 soon .....Thanks for the pics ...Hey is the cover interchangeable .?
Well the answer to your question is yes you can pull the trailer with the top on it but you will pay for it in fuel cost . The onboad computer went form 20 miles per gallon to eleven miles with the cover on . On I95 back from Richmond I found out to also drop the tial gate and keep it level...
A 105 is a big trailer and to be honest its to big for most civi uses . I would do the usual with C L , Ebay, And the local want adds or just keep it Most everyone here knows how to bid on them and are capable of getting them at the same price as you did so the classified here isn't really a...
Very nice trailer . I do love the quality of the military trailers they are second to none ...I pulled my 101A1 home for 5 hours at speeds of 65 & 70 and never had a problem Man these are so nice .......great pics ...thanks
I brought every paper and even the pictures I had copyed and printed of every angle along with the original serial number copyed from the page at the time of auction . When you travel a lot of miles to pick it up leave nothing to chance ....
Well this was a very fun day for me and my son . We left out at about six oclock AM from Florence SC and headed for The GL yard in Richmond VA . Traffic was much better than I had feared due to the holiday weekend . It was easy to find the yard and everyone was very nice and helpful .I was...
Go for it It's the only way to learn . I have not had so much fun in a long time for so little money . I found a trailer I liked placed my highest bid I was willing to pay and won it ...mind you like yourself I had never bid on anything that required an euc . It to my surprise cleared in 33...
If all else fails I saw one on e-bay today . It was at a very high price ....I think it would be cheaper to take it to a machine shop and have them rethread it .
I dont see the harm in throwing a cheap cover over it . That is just what I'm going to do . I know from the past that
Mother Nature can be a bit hard on anything left to her care . Most Farm suppy places have some really good covers at a cheap price . They are far easier to replace than a 105...
Welcome to your first addiction in the green world . By the sound of it your well on your way . Oh by the way if they kid you about the camo then just look puzzled and ask ...You mean they made this in another color :jumpin:
The price isn't to bad but I think if your not in a hurry then I would just watch the auctions . Just make sure if live a long way down the road from where you win it one that you include your time and fuel cost into the bid . Then most times you could have gotten off light with $450.00 Now ask...
I have had a car or two in my time that no matter what you fix the list just keep getting longer . The chevy I have now is a 97 and I tell people its brand new because Everything on it has been replaced are repaired every fricken year :deadhorse: Really theres a term for these cars...
Take what you need and try to pass on the rest to others . Remember the old saying about one mans trash .....Just ask and you may be suprised with who wants what 2cents
Hey in those temps I wouldn't have even went out of the house . The fact that it cranked is a tribute to american know how :-P It looks like a great truck good luck with it .....
