Just a note of caution that they do not fit a truck with no armour. They will need to be modified and stick out much further out from fender.

Just a make you feel better suggestion. Make sure oil dipstick is just showing oil and no water ( typically looks like a chocalate shake) to make sure head gasket ok and no cracks/gremlins. Is temperature running normal?

I have experienced the stated failure twice since I got mine. Don't know why as I am also m998 stock with 60amp and no 12v accessories. I do have a solargizer.

I looked at their website and was surprised that it used the OE sender. In my parts selling days a lifetime ago, aftermarket gauges normally used their own unique senders. It does say that the gauge has a micro processor built in. Maybe it has a slight delay but that is a guess on my part?

Both are approximately a 10w viscosity with different additive packages. Power stg fluid has anti foam additives and ATF has additives suitable for internal transmission clutches, valves, etc.
A little mixing of both won't be the end of the world.
