The oe are just open face conical seat if you are using the factory plain steel wheels. If using oe gm factory alum or chrome wheels, I would think they are still conical seats. Typically only aftermarket wheels need deep extended thread that go into the rim.
I can not tell from NAPA's...
My experience in another world selling parts is that is a classic symptom of the portioning valve not working properly. Does the master cyl have a lot of brown sludge on the bottom? If so a flush, fill and rebleed might help?
Physical inspection of brake hoses? Remove calipers from mounting and...
all the parts are the same unless you have an A2 model? as the inside cab control tower is different. Don't recall is the cables are different also but everything else should be the same
food for thought that the mtvr take different tow bar feet. They were on ebay periodically as no one wanted them.... Several sets available very reasonable! I am not the seller just sharing intel for those who are joining the 7 ton club. (Yes, I am officially jealous :) )
All the best with the...
some wd40 / jb blaster to spray onto the 2 pins/round cylinders that slide back and forth to lock the landing gear. The handle is pulled up but those pins like to seize/bind up. could be why the leg is not extended for storage.
a farm / hi-lift jack might be handy to bring that puppy level to...
Forward Air Control La Air Guard
Below are the pics from the eye candy recruiter hmmwv but the com gear set up is very interesting. This was a forward air control truck at some point and that is what that small door was for.
That slide out antenna base holder is very interesting. I might know...
just a crazy thought but loosen the hold down bar to make sure the battery (s) is not internally cracked and the hold down is distorting the battery.
Also check the wires underneath going to the starter and the pass through bolt in the body.
Just fyi that the first ones made were plain steel/iron that rust badly. 2nd generation are coated yellow zinc?
Learned that when I replaced mine. I also coated threads with anti seeze
You can get a higher rating and already is set up for a dual lunette on the xm1073 series. No ball mount but lower to ground than the m1061 draw bar. Bigger cousin to the m1061. I know of a member in La that has one for sale but that is clear across the world from you.

Main cage requires brackets. Suggest you read instructions for the kit. I think they are also in the tm's.
Front cage depends on winch set up or no winch.
Looks like a forward air control truck. They have that small door on the clamshell for a pull out antenna slide mount that holds the large harris base with the tilt adapter and the the 4 part mast. See if there are holes on the top of the fender inside where that small door is located...
There are many options depending on which radio and era. The most commonly seen are the AS3900/VRC which is the wider fiberglass 2 piece than the single steel mast. Both the AS3900 & AS3916 are for the sincgars radio families. The later models are typically harris/ shakespeare units.
The mount...
If they are the metal bows, then yes they will fit both trailers as they have 2 sets of holes to bolt up to the corners. Corners are the same for both trailers.
The vertical stakes are different.
