    Antenna Mount

The dimensions for the standoff are on my website at: http://www.garbee.net/~cabell/mwo.htm I've seen the antenna's mounted to the front of the bed on dropsides as well as on the right front fender just behind the lights... a nasty location from an engine service standpoint...

    M104 landing leg needed

Guys, I need the front landing leg for a M104 1.5 ton trailer. Leg is NOT the same as that used on the similar M105 trailer as it sits beneath the frame rail when in the raised position in order for the front tailgate to lay flat... The M105 legs when in the upright position ride above the...

    M101 for sale

Guys, I need to make a little room in the yard... I've got a 1960 M101 3/4 ton trailer with a really nice bed (one ding on the front panel), good tires, fresh paint (gloss olive), no markings, side racks, bows, and a good canvas cover in Raleigh, NC. No title, but can provide bill of sale...

Source for M35 Rear Wiring Harness?

I got one from Saturn Surplus about two years ago for a M35A2 that I was converting to a tanker... Somebody had chopped the rear harness while the truck was at the GSA yard. Price was right, harness was a little long, so it might actually have been off a M36... One thing that I found out...

Gas tank pick up tube and vent?

Oh yes, forgot to mention John Bizal at Midwest Military. He'll most likely have the parts you need as well, but will likely be a tad more expensive than the rest... (really good guy to deal with and his parts, especially reproduction ones, are dead on...).

Gas tank pick up tube and vent?

Best thing is to leave that in-tank filter screen off and install a really nice in-line unit outside the tank... If you really want to replace the in-tank filter, contact ABLinn or Sid Beck or George M. or Fred Potter (ABLinn, ACE Surplus, Vermont Comm. Salvage, and Adirondack Dodge Parts...

    5 ton with mack engine?

Dang... and I really want a five ton dump to go along with my XM708, but that is a bit far for me to go (assuming that you got the cargo for yourself...) :)

    Aberdeen Last minute info thread

I'll be there with a buddy/coworker with parts, hotdogs (lunch), beer/soda/water, and dinner fixins... Will miss Bjorn and Kenneth (and the younger generation that tags along with them both...).

    M101 bow stake?

Don't have spare bows in inventory, but if you call up Dana at Army Surplus Warehouse and get a set of corners, you can fab up the wood using the dimensions that I have on my website... The dimensions are on the bottom half of the page located at: http://www.garbee.net/~cabell/bedwood.htm Good...

    24v License Plate Light?

While I'm at it, another shot of the rear end (you can see the bracket in another shot taken before the tag was installed) while I'm playing "scare the parent's neighbors"... http://www.garbee.net/~cabell/m35pages/M35A2C/bluegrass2004/deuce12.jpg

    24v License Plate Light?

The tag bracket on my M35A2C is just fabricated from some aluminum stock (get it from the scrap bin at work) bolted on one end to the tailight bracket using the bolts that hold the tailight in place and attached via another piece to the mudflap. Light is a spare one from a boat trailer that...

    Another Journey Complete

We frequently use two cranes to set bridge girders on projects (more often than we can use a single crane). Each crane hooks up to one end and we do a dance with them until the things are in place.... Get a second wrecker and we can demo at a show... Good luck!

    Composite stoplight - taillight bulbs

I have a page on my website with the 12 and 24 volt numbers including a description of what bulb they are (so you don't have to pull the cover and bulb on an existing light to find the number for xref...) Look at: http://www.garbee.net/~cabell/12voltconversion.htm Good luck.

East Coast Convoy to Aberdeen (MD) Rally

Graham, In past years, I could hoook you up with a few folks heading up from Columbia, SC, but they are all skipping this year, or driving up for just the weekend in civilian vehicles (work schedules are killing a lot of folk's travel plans it seems...). Had a few folks in Western NC who could...

How about I sell you my spare M105? I got it to part out and will sell the whole thing to you cheap... I can haul it up to Aberdeen for you... It has the two wheel front landing leg. USMC version with the extra hold downs for water transport. Got some rust in the side stake pockets, but...

    Need M101 wheel

The M101 and M101A1 use the M37 wheel, hub, brakes shoes, etc... Sorry that you are so far away as I've got a couple of M37/M101 wheels in the barn, but they are pretty heavy to be shipping around. You might want to post your request on the www.g741.org site as it is M37 specific and...

31st Annual MVPA Convention In Dayton, Ohio June 22 – 24

Kenny, You'll notice that I didn't list the towbar as an item available for purchase at Aberdeen... It has your name on it... It's not going anywhere, nor is it in the way (I've got it tucked under the '52 M38 project truck that isn't moving anytime soon either...). Whenever we can figure...

Items for sale at the Aberdeen rally

I've been making up a list of items that I will have at the Aberden MV Rally in May. Since I always have trouble posting lists to the email list without messing up the table format, I stuck the list on my website at: www.garbee.net/~cabell/Aberdeen2006forsale.xls If anyone has any questions...
