Sorry for the slight OT:
But let me get this straight.... so the 465-2 Engine is NOT used in the M35's at all?, and is only available in the 5-tons. And you will only get it with the M35 if you buy it second hand from a 5-ton and then implant it into the M35. Is that correct?.
Turbocharger:
- "Cheaper"
- More complicated installation (more plumbing)
- More power then a supercharger
- Tendency to lag
Supercharger:
- No Lag
- More expensive to acquire
- "Simpler" installation
Thats just the points I can remember right off the bat in a matter of minutes :)
I just came across this youtube clip yesterday and thought the rims he was using actually looked pretty decent and different from what you see most other people using. Question is however, what rims it actually is.
The clip in question is:

I just checked and apparently our legal code doesn't mention any dB readings for horns. Only that they have to be one-tone and have to carry the tone a long as the horn is pressed
I know how to properly start a deuce, excluding the proper procedure for checking for hydrolock. But remember something like turning the master switch on, but turning the fuel pump off and then trying to crank it over etc.
It actually doesn't have the answer I was looking for ;). I was looking for the Numbers which that thread mentions nothing about. But Warthog already provided the answer so I consider my question done and dealt with :). Thanks Warthog.
Warthog,
Nah thats fine. I was just curious as to when it happened, so a rough figure works fine for me :). So thanks for that.
And Porky, I just looked at the FAQ and searched for title and rank and it provide any real answer. Only explained how to give reputation and thats it.
Yea it helps some of the way :). I was hoping someone actually knew the numbers it happened at :P
But below the rank there are some "squares" and I am wondering what those are for as well, ie the "Username is on a distinguished road" etc
First of all I am not sure whether this is the right group for this question or not, but I will give it a whirl.
1:
Is there a list off how many posts etc one needs to achieve to get more stars or a higher rank on this site?. I have tried looking for it but not with much luck as it is.
2:
And...
Hmm I have seen that clip before and when I did it was listed as the National Guard and actually not the US Army/Marines
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X79gNYpYO3k
That is the same video as the one that was posted, albeit runs for 3 minutes and labels those trucks as being driven by national...
Doghead:
Won't it be a worthwhile idea to make a thread/post that contains all these abbreviations added on one post?. I have found myself staring at the screen more then once trying to figure out what one or the other abbreviation mean but at the same time don't really think its prudent to...
PMP = Preventive Maintenance Protocol
But I don't know what WMO is in this particular case. The only WMO I know of is Waste Motor Oil, but I don't think that is the right one in this case.
When I get a Deuce my choice of paintjob will either be the modified german flecktern, for the danish M/84 camo pattern, or an adapted MultiCam. How I am gonna achieve that on a vehicle however.... will be an interesting question
