Just a tip here - I've used this self etching primer rattle cans on some small parts that I've had to take down to bare metal and it works great. Plus, it turns out to be a pretty nice olive drab color... https://amzn.com/B003CT498A (But it's only 5 bucks at Home Depot)
Rust-Oleum 249322...
Yep, had to modify the MSG running boards in the spirit of field expediency. Who knows how long it would've taken to find the correct Jack rails, etc. They have all probably scrapped with the SF trucks that had em. So I decided to cut off the original brackets and make these running boards...
Got the weapons mounts and kit installed for the parade. Fun weekend!
The boys ready to roll, equipped with water grenades and super soakers!
After pulling the cannon through, the ROTC guys needed a ride. It was a full combat load of 20 people!

Stumbled across the rear enclosure side walls as seen here: http://www.milsysgroup.com/product/humvee-accessories/GMV63000. They're for an 1100-series truck, so not true to original form, but hey it gets the job done.
The rubber isolator mounts are shorter on the LED Headlights, so they are not a direct, drop-in replacement. You can remove the bezel on the old lights and unscrew the old isolator mounts & install them in the new LEDs. Or order six new ones, which I believe are 1/4".
