Anyone install the front high back seats kit in their HMMWV that can give me some pointers? Anyone do video instructions? I’m starting the process today and the instructions that came with it are no good. And I’m 6’5” so need all the legroom I can get.
Yep. It stopped 90% of the water from coming in... even in a rainstorm. There are small gaps & creases that allow water in, but would be too much of a hassle to try and seal. This was a successful "axe approach" to weatherproofing!
I've been waiting for one of those Special Forces Toolboxes to install in the bed of my HMMWV, but am thinking they're long gone. Wondering if one of these would suffice... (CARC'ed of course). What do you guys think?

I had to cut off the old beat-up weatherstripping on my hard doors and am looking for alternatives. The OEM seal wasn't thick enough to form a good seal around all the corners. Has anyone found a good aftermarket alternative? Seems like a 1" wide, thick seal with heavy-duty doublestick tape...
