How to not seal a tire / wheel properly

I've got at least three rims on my truck like this that I need to fix. Still not sure how I will get the rims apart though. I will probably use the truck to break the bead, and maybe air pressure to bust the rim apart.

Broken sensor What is it for?

Hey simp, where did you get the part number and NSN? I looked through the RPSTLs but didn't find it at all, I found most the parts for it but not anything mounted on the wet tank. The 23 TM shows its location mounted on the wet tank, but nowhere did I find it in the 24P or 34P TMs.

    DOT air line fittings?

I use McMaster A LOT lol that'll be just another thing I use them for. I might even use them for new o-rings for the rims since I have at least three I have to disassemble and clean out RTV from someone else.

Tripping Sensors at Left hand turn lanes?

Sorry, I thought about searching after I had already posted it, thanks for the answer. I'll see if I can find out which ones everyone used.

Tripping Sensors at Left hand turn lanes?

Does anyone else have issues with their trucks not tripping the EM field for left hand turn lane sensors? Have any of you done anything creative to address this?

    Replacement electrical connectors?

MIL spec is tinned copper core, doesn't matter if its aviation, wheeled, or tracked. Only difference between them will be the insulation rating and type depending on application.

    Replacement electrical connectors?

Just for the record, for those of you trying to do everything 'legit', the crimper die set for these connectors is Y627. Of course I'm not sure if I have these or not, I'll have to check when I get back home in a few days.

    DOT air line fittings?

They are DOT, I was asking more about personal experience. Such as...are they really "tool-less", and can you remove the the hose from the fitting without damaging it?

    Replacement electrical connectors?

I have a bunch of connectors that have the rubber sleeves completely rotted or now missing (I went bowling for trees lol) and at least one that needs the actual connector itself replaced, or for making jumpers for my rear lights to work. Does anyone have any where I can get these? I want OEM...

    DOT air line fittings?

I'm considering changing some fittings while I replace air lines. Has anyone had any experience with these? https://www.fastenal.com/products/details/5120537;jsessionid=rbSyxigNg6H8BMif1LUQ3BO+.b9408a77-0eb9-3dd2-aa63-3c743b855037

Broken sensor What is it for?

I found this same switch broken on my truck too, my CTIS was blinking as well. Good to see we some options to repair it. I know many of you don't like the CTIS, and even though it may have its gremlins I'd still like to have mine fully functional since I live way out in the sticks.

Westbound trip planned for 24th to 30th-ish

I know, but I'd still rather ride my Harley than anything else.

Where is that? I guess I completely forgot about that.

Westbound trip planned for 24th to 30th-ish

I wasn't happy about it at all, I also thought of the other people who would have to avoid it. If I had know where it fell off I would've gone back for it, but with 200 miles between fuel stops it wasn't worth the fuel to look for it. I made it back home a couple hours ago and aside from an...

Westbound trip planned for 24th to 30th-ish

Made it inside AZ but it is really **** cold right now, and with the heater not working and the truck being naturally drafty I figured I'd stop for the night and continue on in the morning when it warmed up. Basically I'm tired of freezing lol

Westbound trip planned for 24th to 30th-ish

Just left Tucumcari NM, should be home in about 10hrs. Left yesterday evening after loading the truck with the Harley and other stuff from storage. Made good time so far, swapping seat time every time I refuel the truck. Lost my muffler pipe sometime between the last two refuels, never even...

Westbound trip planned for 24th to 30th-ish

After doing some repairs on the air and brake system, driveshaft, and lighting, and installing the 927 bed from CSM Davis, and changing a tire, I managed to drive back to Huntsville. Today I'll finally get to load the truck with the stuff from my storage unit and hopefully leave to get back to...

M934A2 into M927A2 and road trip

It has been an interesting last few days, to say the least. I'm just glad that we got everything fixed and it IS road worthy now, unlike what I was told. I'm fairly certain all that was done was grease the fittings and called it good. They did give me give me good working external lights though...

Westbound trip planned for 24th to 30th-ish

I checked it later when getting fuel and it was only warm, so I'm not sure what the deal was. I'm still at CSM Davis' place right now. Got the bed on the truck and had to fix a couple other issues that we found. The hanger bearing was crushed and the rear air brake line was severed.

Is there many AZ folks here?

Thanks guys! It's a 1992 BMY M934A2. She's got a few quirks that I'll have to work on, but overall a good truck. I'll be sure to get in contact with you when I get back 1943ht.
