I spoke with Gimp by telephone at 0920. He had just met up with Stretch in Columbus, OH, and they were headed east to PA. I asked him if he had his camera with him. He replied "yes". I responded, "good boy".

I too have painted an MV with latex - my M342A2 in 4-color MERDC (winter, US & Europe, verdant) scheme.
Originally, I bought some Gillespie military-type paint (oil based) at the Dayton MVPA national last year. However, when I tried a few test spots, I felt (my opinion) that the "383" green...

As others have mentioned, it certainly seems to be a variation of MERDC. This happens to be my favorite, and I tried to duplicate it on my deuce tipper. The very nature of this camo scheme lends itself to interpretation and I bet you will be hard pressed to ever find two exactly the same...
