Actually I'm not sure if it's just the PDF I have or something else. My TM doesn't find that part number. I only need to know the screws and bolts and wire loop parts. I actually have the aluminum boxed shape piece. Just trying to replace all the rusty hardware. Anyone know what Figure...
I've been searching the TM for the small aluminum channel and bolts that cover up the bundle of wires from the rear lights. It's down in the body below the rear tail lights. Anyone know what page that's on?

Ok, I'll let you know if I find any. Yes, seems like there's a mix of everything in these trucks. My rear cargo hatch and sponsons all have coated rivnuts. My windshield rivnuts look all gold color(if I remember correctly) and it's new/nos.

They're used in a couple places but yes tailgate eventually but for the ac vents in the rear fenders for now. I was hoping to find the ones that have the silver military spec coating on them. I figure if used in the wheel well these have a good chance of corrosion.

Anyone have any of these rivnuts with the military coating with a 1/16" grip length? Having a hard time finding anyone with them in stock.

Did Cherry rivets update their design? Check out the pic. Both are Cherry rivets but the head on the rivets I have (universal head type) are slightly flattened on top. Anyone know where I can get rivets that match appearance and specs?

On #2 do you have part numbers or can you point me in the right direction to get the two turbo trim lip pieces. I'm about to start chopping my engine opening but would be nice to have these ahead of time.

Anyone know what kind of rivets or bolts hold the tailgate to the tailgate 2 hinges? I'm referring to the side of the hinge connected to tailgate, not hinge side that connects to the body with the 3 larger bolts.
You must be right. Different part number listed for the fuel access cover rivnuts but same specs and they go through the cross beam underneath if I remember correctly.
I looked up the rivnuts for the rear water and gas trays in the rear. As per the TM rivnut part number als-1024-225 has a grip range of .130 to .225
Is the rear floor actually that thick? I measured a piece of fender I cut out(just installed m1151 style ac vents) and it measured .083 in...
I've checked that out and seen it mentioned on the forum but from what I've seen listed on their website it's only 3/8" thick. I have the front oem floor insulation in black and it's almost twice that thick.
anyone know the proper part numbers(or if they even exist) for rear black floor insulation. I'm looking for the set that's designed for the late style seat bases.
Of the water based type 1, type 2, type 3 I see 1 and 2 listed as "Smooth finish versus standard CARC". Or did I miss something? Anyone have Sherwin Williams part numbers they've recently used and can comment on?
