I have one, too, for my spare. I even bought the electrical connector and fittings so I could drop it in when needed. My price of the configured E8131 is pretty close to the price of the drop in E1074. It's good to have the OEM pump available. I just wish Rockauto would put it in stock.....
And last nights news indicated a hurricane was tearing up Hawaii. Their electrical grid will be in much better shape than PR's was, but I suspect it will be a seriously bad event for military generator pricing.
Yep, kind of tall. That would require a separate platform built over the lunette A frame to get you up to trailer height to be able to work with stove if mounted on trailer. And the stove would provide a lot of wind resistance when rolling down the road if mounted upright.
You need more...
Excellent!! I figured Summit was just 'answering an email' vs investigating the question. I followed up with a picture of the military pump to give Summit another chance.
Great find, Marcos, and super info LITD. I think I'll order me one, too.

Ahhh, 'Out of Stock'. Special order...
Not sure I believe Summit because I doubt Airtex would change specs on a military fuel pump, but they responded to my question......

Hello Bryan,
Thank you for your e-mail. From what we have found this is a simply gasoline pump. We have...
When no one bids they pull the item for a few weeks and put it back up for auction at a lower price point. At least that was what was going on with M105 trailers last year.
I've never seen one of these in action, so please pardon my ignorance.
Stove Installation: Could you lay it on its back with 2 legs attached and hinged to trailer floor. Set up would require you to lift it up forward and pivot it toward the front of trailer where you would need to have a...

An 803A run in single phase 240/120 does not become unbalanced until you pull more power from one of the hot legs than the other. 2 ea 120volt legs can provide 240 volt to your dryer. This is a...
I use parttarget for information only. Most of the NSN sales groups are geared for selling 100s of units....at least that's what I've been told the 2 times I requested quotes from some of them. A $7 oil seal was quoted at $125++ for a single part. Use the information to search for the parts...

I searched for 'transducer' in the TM 5-6115-323-24P manual. Suggest you confirm that I got...
As I understand it you do not want blow-by pressure in the oil sump. I do not think you have that. I've got an 802 that definitely has blow-by with only 450 or so hours on it. This usually means pressure is getting past the rings and into the crank case. I've been running it hard with break...
Safety question, a very late safety question: I did not see you trip over a ground rod in last video. Do you have a ground rod installed for this generator? Also, I like you neighbors WAY more than I like mine. Running at night gets me disapproving stares from next door.
True that if you are really letting it get up to operating temperature for an hour or so. However, on a short run if the oil is on the cool side the weight of your oil will be 10 - 20 instead of 30 - 40. I would change the oil and see how it runs. My 803 is on the low side of the pressure...
2nd black page is the Lubrication Order. It calls for OE-HDO-15/40 or OE/HDO-30 when ambient is above freezing.
