    Another option would be using an adhesive with a neatly cut out .040" (or so) aluminum patches covering each area. If you are spraying it with bed liner I'd think the patch would pretty much disappear as you're putting a textured top coat. A local auto paint store should have such a product.

    Only issue I had was after test run I noticed some grease around the large end of the outside boot. The metal strap wasn't tight enough. I used a large zip tie over the original clamp and hossed it down tight. Next day it went 170 miles without issue. Problem solved. Will see if I can...

    Graves Mountain Rally (Virginia), Labor Day Weekend 2021

    We had a great time and the weather was perfect. I really enjoyed the trail rides and dinner. Robert did an excellent job on his presentation about the fallen soldier table. You could of heard a pin drop at the end. Guy
