Looks like a decent truck. And the hypercycle proves it...427. So I would be cautious about putting too much fuel to it. I think they had weak head gaskets. Definitely rare. Someone put a high exhaust on it. I used to love the low exhaust for rollin coal.
I'm pretty sure the A2 says to run at full rpm or damage to the transmission may result. I have noticed that on the A2's when you engage the crane drive that it puts the transmission in high gear and locks the converter (I think). If you shift gears,it does not change. A 936 that I used to run...
I see a lot of commercial drivers ( that I like to refer to as "professional drivers" ) wearing safety equipment like flip flops, sweat pants and tank tops. They don't help the situation.
