Where is the rad leaking? There brass radiators so can be repaired prety easily.
Light in the dark is right about the spin off fuel filter in the back. Remove that pannel..everyone ever put on was put on by the hulk dry. Do your self another favor and put a liberal amount of grease on all the...
I bet you just overloaded the unit. Have you put an amp meter on the set to check the accuracy or lack there of of the meter on the set?
A 6hp motor starting is a huge load. Its prob way over 20a starting.
The doors are about 6in off the ground when opened up. If your fenders are taller just block it up with some 4x4s. It will just make it easier to work on too.

I try to check all the simple stuff first on anything. Fluids, fuses and go from there.
The only time i actualy use the fuel gauge on these generators are when its running in the rain and im doing a quick spot check.
How partly enclosed are we talking about here? If your missing one wall why even vent it? Or if you really feel the need to vent it just go vertical through B vent for heaters.
Automotive exhaust pipe is prety light gauge stuff and rots out easy i would price out sch40 pipe.
