I would be willing to bet that all the rental generators were long gone even in the days before the storm.
How do those IBC totes hold up in the FL sun? Im looking for something to store heating oil. There are tons of old steel 275gal tanks but there all sludged up from years of...
If you have 24v going into a component and 15v coming out i wouls say thats a good place to start and you most likely dont have a dead cell.
There are diodes that supply voltage to the s1 behind the gauge pannel.
1oz per gal then add 50 percent more. Its not super critical like mixing gas for a 2 stroke. More 2 stroke shouldnt hurt anything. But if your useing kerosene i would double what you add for diesel.
I have a small 19hp excavator with a kubota motor. All the hyd oil and atf i drain goes into...
Yes thats why. It adds lubricity. The cheap wall mart super tech stuff is fine. I believ its about $13 a gallon. So that should give you 100gal of fuel.
You can also test for a drain with a test light.
Disconnect the positive on the battery and connect a test light in series. The light will be lit when theres a draw. Now you just have to figure out where its coming from.
Normaly on a vehicle you would just go around and start pulling and...
If your going to keep your generator hooked up like it is put a cheap disconnect outside right by the unit. These are also way cheaper and easier to replace than components in your generator.
If you do find that its the top well nut. Make sure you replace the return line that is connected to it. It suck removing those pannels more than necessary.
The part number for the braded return line is good in the mep parts and filters thread. Its more than enough to do a complete 803. Dont forget to replace the whole return line all the way to the tank. You will need to remove the panel by the fuel tank to do this. At that stage your only a...
Your top well nut is prob leaking. Its at the upper right rear side if looking at the fuel fill. It can leak a bit if filled right to the top. Its not really a have to fix it now issue as long as you dont fill it to full.
If you havnt done the ultimate well nut mod i suggest you do both...
How much do those desicant filter setups cost?
A golden rod filter can get the water out but water is what the algee thrives on that will clog your filters. I still run a golden rod on my transfer pump.
Why even run the generator for just lights? Led lanterns are realy cheap.
The only reason we need to run ours is for AC in the summer or to take a hot ahower. Heat is a wood stove.
Thats prety **** good. Just under 0.5gal/hr. The people with stand by propane generators burn atleast 4x that. Its going to be a hefty bill for them.
How is the availability of diesel? How do you get it delivered?
Here you cant get any thing less than 100gal delivered and thats heating oil...
Your fuel gauge is most likely working right. It takes alot to drop the gauge in the first part of the tank.
Glad everything is working well for you. Keep us updated..we always like to see pictures.
There are two fuel pumps. One primary and one aux fuel pump. What one did you change and what part number did you put in?
Do you have 24v at the fuel pump?
