On some doors I had to heat up the hing and bend it the way you need, does not take much. Also I removed it from the truck to heat it up.

Sounds like the over speed light to me also.

I use a block heater in my NHC250's when it get below 40 just to help them start. Helps big time.

If the truck has the vent on the intake stack, just use that. I have used it a number of times.

LOL, I guess I miss read it. I use the top one when you open the bottom one, helps it drain. Some of the A0 and A1's do not have the top one.

The valve on the bottom of the filter can is for draining the water out of the filter.

Like Doghead said and try rolling a little in neutral.

I have replaced the inter seal on my M925 front right three times now. The seals are getting damaged on the top as they sit in the housing. It looks like the axle shift is hitting the seal at the top and damaging the seal. I have replaced the spindle bushing and the axle has no free play when...

My wrecker when it is cold out has a number of HD leaks. I was told by guys that used them in the military that they all leaked.

I had that on my M932A2 and it turned out to be an oil seal in the axle had moved and was letting air by it. Hard to track down, start by taking the big supply hose off one axle at a time. it is the big hose that goes to the valve about each axle.
