    Spend 4 hours digging thru tm's and MAC charts building just a time estimate for repairs. Insurance adjuster was like... 'uh, um, I, uh... I dont know where to start to look.' Estimated time for just the visible damage according to the MAC chart including initial and follow up tasks is 82...

    I use a pair of halogen lamps, 1500watts on the loose leg, makes for a good yardlight until you shut down for the night, then it gets really dark. You only forget your flashlight once.

    yeah, that doesnt work so well, single leg voltage ends up being like 140v, and if i remember correctly on MEP's 8xx's you will get an overvoltage fault before you get there.... I know you do on the 240/416 side for sure.

    ???? you dont get 208 out of 1 leg, GND is ground LO is neutral L1 is 120v, measured from L1 to L0 L2 is 120v, measured from L2 to L0 L3 is 120v, measured from L3 to L0 the 208v is when you pull 2 legs, measured from L1, L2 or L2, L3 or L1, L3.... all depends on which generator you are using...

    This one is only used for parts, but I use my other one for battery charger, booster when its cold, ground hop so I dont have to hump batteries around to exercise genny's. brother uses them in MT for aircraft apu's

    I agree, at least some kind of... if this happens, do this. I am very glad it happened to us in that truck rather than my wife's new Subaru, and those are supposed to be one of the safest cars. I am so thankful that we had big iron to absorb the energy from the other car. I only have lap...

    I am not doing anything until insurance says something. Even set up a tow truck to come get it to get a 'not me' estimate, just waiting for directive from insurance.

    Had time to get a closer look at damages, hit so hard it broke the transfer shift rod and the torque rods tagged each other enough to take the paint off. Truck wont build more than 80 lbs of air, so havent chased down any broken air lines yet.
