I've got access to a 25ton Pony bridge hoist and trolly. The main hoist on the unit is I believe 75 tons. It's at a local heavy duty turbine and vessel machine shop. Great to know if I ever need to flit a Sherman or Pershing... Nice jeep and shop. Wish I had that sitting on the back 40.

I found the Holley carb with a bunch of other military vehicle parts I bought several years ago. I think it's a Model 1904, but can't be sure. Can someone help me id it? See pics below. Thanks Jason

For fast driving, just switch back to 2 wheel steer, only use 4 wheel for slower speeds.

Hate to say, but more than likely she did not go over there, most of the Mules that were in country were the early 4 cylinders, a few A2s and later versions did make it to nam. The vast majority of the Nam pictures you will find have M274 and M274A1s. This is not ruling out that your mule...

I would highly recommend not flat towing a m151, they don't like that one bit and will make the trip either end early or make it hell. A tow dolly works great with them Jason

Wow, prices for mule motors have come up. I have 3 NOS crate mule power packs sealed in the nitrogen wrapping. Bought from a guy in NC that had about 20 to 25 of them back in the late 1990s. We used the the 4th one we bought about 10 years ago, it was complete down to the new clutch plate...
