Shift controller where? at the trans or the injection pump? I guess I'd check vacuum at the vacuum pump. If that is good, check all vacuum lines and kick down switch on the side of the injection pump. Front Line has the vacuum pumps.

It's waaay easier to turn the fuel up. There is no difference in the pumps. Exhaust is out there if you look hard and if you have deep pockets, you can buy a new stainless system.

And the difference is........the turbo is louder.

The 10 tonners were originall 830ci LeRoi gassers, which the cargo pictured still has and the tractor has a Cummins 903. Here's a pic of my XM124 whichis still gas.

The M939 and M939A1 series 5 tons were made by AMGeneral and the A2s were made by BMY. Seems like the A2s rust easier. Jeff
