Hey Bjorn, Bjorn who? We've met. I'd rather not use my last name, the local zoning official loves to Google me plus people love to make fun of it.....Seaman-ski. Sorry if I offended you, Steve doesn't seem to mind if he offends his readers. Remember the Mutt-Jeep thing? I think our hobby...
Drive safe Ron. If you need fuel money I have a M172 that needs to go to Winslows in NC and there's a deuce there that needs to find it's way home to Ga for Clint.

Can you say "low bidder"? :) I've had a M890, M880 and a M886 and all were fine vehicles. I'm normally a Mopar man but I must admit I moved to the CUCVs. Don't take Steve Turdshet too personally. He can be quite opinionated and wrong. It is strange that all the M880s seem to have dissappeared...
I can't believe you get away with this in your neighborhood, maybe they are well disguised trailers but the homes look waaaaay to nice for army trucks.
I'm in the middle of the woods and my neighbor hates me.
The winches, tires and aftermarket hard top make it worth $1500 anyway but you may want to hold out for a multifuel. I can set you up with a bed if you decide to make him an offer.

Shift controller where? at the trans or the injection pump? I guess I'd check vacuum at the vacuum pump. If that is good, check all vacuum lines and kick down switch on the side of the injection pump. Front Line has the vacuum pumps.
It's waaay easier to turn the fuel up. There is no difference in the pumps.
Exhaust is out there if you look hard and if you have deep pockets, you can buy a new stainless system.
Ha, yea but when we take it Momma tends to spend too much money 'cause we have room to carry home the whole store.
It was the mobile dyno truck at Ft. Belvior. You can also see a picture of it from 1968 in MV mag in the article about the ro-ro tractors.
It was the only long wheel base ten ton...
The 10 tonners were originall 830ci LeRoi gassers, which the cargo pictured still has and the tractor has a Cummins 903. Here's a pic of my XM124 whichis still gas.
According to David Doyle's reasearch all A1s are re-powered gassers. Some have crudely cut frames and some have factory looking notches, like my tractor. I'm guessing there was some kind of rebuild program after Vietnam because I have seen a load of Macks come out of NJ with 1973 listed as the...
It's down there because I had it on a TV show in Wilmington and I decided to sell it because I bought a dropside truck back from a guy who I sold it (the dropside) to a few years back. It was easier to drop it at John's. I'm looking to get $5500. It has a 1987 1-D turbo. It appears to have...
John and I work together on some deals. In fact, that is my M35A2 w/w pictured for sale on his lot. It's a clean truck with some minor movie history. John is a straight shooter and he actually services and stands behind what he sells.
