I used a 24 OZ ball peen and set them with one swing each. You will be a little leary of hitting it too hard the first time but I bet you will set the second one perfect the first time. Make sure to post a picture when your done Shootist. Bert

I've sealed mine as described by Cav Trooper but I set mine with the ball end of a good sized ball pean hammer. Works every time. Bert

The floor folded is 4" tall x 16" wide x 22" long and weights 16 to 18 pounds total. Bert

Couple of things first, Without a gauge screwed in the head you have no way of knowing what kind of compression you have or don't have. You may of been running on luck. When you say you cleaned the carb, does that mean rebuilt or removed and sprayed with carb cleaner and reinstalled...
