Congratulations on the M37, please remember to register over on the G741.Org site.
You can get a cargo cover and bows from John @ Midwest Military or VPW. Don't forget to post the pictures.

Hi Phillip,
I would contact John Bizal @ Midwest Military or VPW they both have them.
I would ask John B about the wire gauge question while you are ordering the parts you need, he is a wealth of information.

It's like I've seen this picture before somewhere, I think this is a stabilization stand. Did you post this picture before on the G741 site? Who did you buy this truck from?
Bert
Patracy,
Can you change the color of The First Unread Thread Icon?
Being color blind I couldn't find it until I ask my wife if she saw it on the screen.
Thanks,
Bert
Jim,
Spreader bar and alignment plate is available from Tom @ Snake River 4 X 4, VPW and Midwest Military.
You can get the seals at your local Bearing supply house. Whatever you do don't buy NOS Seals, they will leak.
Actually John Bizal @ Midwest Military has 12 volt coils that fit into the Mil style Dist.
You would also have to change out the oil pump if you go back to a civy dist. The mil spec oil pump has an offset drive that won't work with a civy dist.

Not sure what kind of parts you are looking for but I dd see several Deuces and a shop van or 109 at Erickson Truck & Parts on the East Frontage road down your direction. I was last there about two years ago for dumptruck parts.
