I have seen a M1113 use a 400. I would think if you can mount it, it will provide the 24 and 12 that you need.

I haven't dug too deep into the history. In 2003 it had batteries from NAPA. Not sure what was going on with the front tow hitch. Maybe they pulled something? It didn't look all that safe as a way to tow it but never know.

I run the BFG "E" range tires. They work well out here in the high desert. The harder rubber seems better when driving on rocks and desert landscape.

I just pump mine like I would a hand or floor jack. I don't think there is any trick to it.
