Did you take pics during the removal and replacement? I have 3 trucks with the old plastic OD steering wheels falling apart. I want to replace them with the newer A2 style also. What style puller did you use? Any info appreciated.
I have one of these trailers. They tow very “light” as much of the trailer is constructed of aluminum. A small pickup would not be a problem. FYI they are equipped with air brakes and a pintle drawbar with turntable hitch. Much like a semi trailer you can’t really back them very far before you...
I can appreciate that upgrade, getting extra clearance around the oil filter. Oil changes are kinda like a monkey @&%#¥£€ a football if you know what I mean
Seth, you drove down the US101 Sunday thru Paso Robles. I was the guy in the black Acura stalking you trying to get some pics. That is one beautiful rig brother. Would love to see pics of the build and set up when you have time.
I've had similar noise out of M936 A1 NHC250. I thought motor was FUBAR. It was a hung up injector from crud in the fuel. Cleared it with diesel fuel tank cleaner, whew!
The A1's non-CTIS call for 90psi. I'm pretty sure the A2's CTIS upgrade also is set at 90psi. I'm scared to death every time I top off air on my M936A1 to 90psi, but she she sure looks pretty sitting high and mighty!
First you'll need a low profile 5th wheel slider hitch and likely have to change out your ramps. Military versions are all height profile. That will shave off a bunch of height.
