Wolverine Technologies, LLC.
Here is the deal. The Vendor is Wolverine Technologies LLC. They are the ones that sell a 24v alternator that will replace our original equipment (M35a2). I bought one back early Oct or Late Sept. It never arrived and the company said USPS lost it so they would send...
I had bad rust areas over the entire floor so I went into it figuring on an entire cutout. I just got finished removing all of the floor. A air hammer worked really good on the stitch welds. Will clean it up with a grinder tomorrow and treat the crossmembers. Gonna be sore tomorrow.

I am inthe middle of a resto also. Does anyone know if the sheet metal flooring is welded all the way around on the outside? I have all the wood up and cut each bolt from above and knocked them out. The sheetmetal is the next challenge. I am thinking I will have to grind all the way around. Btw...
Parts ready for inspection. I don't see any issues .. do you? The button came out with head and clip stayed in th bottom of pump. I fished it out and it seemed to still have plenty of grab to clip back on to hold button in. Does it still need to be replaced or roll with it?

Whew!!! I have never noticed oil in there like that and of course expected the worst. This truck (M109), bought from a non member who traded it from a member has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not one thing has been good to go on it....nothing.

Good Morning,
Home for a while so it is time for HH O rings. I took the cover off the other day and found fuel so that is what led me to do them. I just pulled the cover off a few minutes ago and there is oil in there. What would cause that? The truck runs ok but definitely not like it...
And I am seeing some conflict info on it. Last thing I want is to do it and the tires stick out farther than edge of the 109 box.

I am trying to find some pics of the rear of a deuce with the 15.5/80r20 super singles mounted on original rims with hubs flipped. Looking to see how they orientate themselves with the side of the truck and with the mudflaps. Thinking about doing this on one of my trucks but dont want it to look...
My hats off to all of you that have restored an M109...I just put all new seals and boots on all three axles and non of it compares to ripping the floor out of this box...

I have about a gallon of DOT 5 and as you all know...the stuff isn't cheap. What I have is old and wonder if it is still good. The pic shows some risidual of what is left in my power bleeder. Is it ok...maybe run through a strainer? Or do I need to ditch it??

Thank all of you for the replies. Used the 3" PVC to drive the seals on and it worked like a dream. Another job on a deuce I am not hesitant to do anymore. The second axle will be a piece of cake....maybe.
