He stated he had 500 psi at the cylinders with no air and 1700 psi with air. I have no idea the pressure that should be at the cylinders but isn't that some indication the airpack is working?

I have taken on the project of putting new boots and seals on the front axle. Using the TM and Banshee's tutorial has made easy work of it. BTW, found that a grounding rod off my standby generator works great to knock the seal retainers out!!!

Don't you say the words "Give Up". Fuel not getting to where it needs to be is possibly one of the easier problems to troubleshoot. Look at GimpyRobbs post!!! Also, x2 on putting a pressure gauge on top of the filter pack an x2 on checking the fuel shutof. Can you hear your in tank pump running...
On the M35A2 i replaced the horn wire in the steering column...easy job. On the M109A3, i replaced the exhaust elbow, deleted flame heater, bypassed the FDC, and stopped a coolant leak on the oil cooler.
I have removed everything for my flame heater including the compression fitting at the IP. I just need to remove the fitting it went into so i can install the 1/4" plug. Spent some time on this fitting and have tried to read some posts. Need some good quick help of possible on how to get this...

Could someone please enlighten me on the exhaust gaskets. Per the pic....does the thin paper type gaskets go on both sides of the elbow? I have the other type gasket also but gettin some conflicting info on if both are the thin ones or not.
does your door hit on the rocker panel (or whatever it is called) on the bottom of the cab? Mine does, have to lift it some to shut correctly. Interested in hearing about any adjustments.
