I had a lot of those issues too. I found it was Hughs net, they use what they call turbo pages and the turbo pages severs where the ones blocked. When I found this out I jumped all over hughs net over it. Now I know how to turn off the turbo pages.
There had to be a reason. It may not make sense but there has to be a reason. Even if was just because Joe uncles cousin sold sq punches and need $$$ and Joe draw up the plans for the trailer. To include sq hole so the cousin could sell more punches.:shrugs:
I'm 99% sure it is just the M915 series, which includes the M915+A's,M916,M917,M918,M919 and M920.
M915,M916,M920 are tractors
M917 is a dump truck
M918 is Bitumus (tar)tanker
M919 is a cement mixing truck, think cement plant on wheels, not the every day mixer. Real cool some one on here has one.

Got home about 1400hrs. Had some problems with the M35, the fuel filter is getting clog. We stop once and tried to clean it out as best as we could. While we were cleaning the filter, the radiator started to spray fluid out the bottom hose. Opened the cap and let the pressure off and that seemed...
Well after 3 1/2 years of looking I finally found a lid/manhole cover for my M149A2. Now to find or make the hold down parts and get the broken bolts out of the tank.
I also got a new to me jack for the front. One of these days I may get this thing back together:).

Yes you will need to take it off the truck. I can't remember off the top of my head the tm but it is in one and has a good step by step. I think I posted some pic's of one of mine a few years back.
